Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
2 cups diced apples
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas cinnamon
1/2 teas salt
 

Preparation:

Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake 350F 30 minutes
